I rarely do not include the horizon in my landscape pictures. This view of a small fir along the water worked out as a study with the bay as a background. As in other tree pieces I enjoy the character that gets shaped with wind and rain and the other elements. Like WOW, now this has impact. It could be a 24x36 instead of 4x6, I have commented to you before, but have gone back in your blog, it seems to me you have had a real growth spurt in your paintings. What fun for you. Jean
